Saw this lynx and two others on a bike ride out the park road last weekend. They are pretty darn cool to watch. Look at the size of those feet!

The snow is melting FAST, and it's supposed to be 70 degrees for the next few days!

Cheri was in Fairbanks on a business trip last week, so I worked from there as well and we got to have a few days of fun over the weekend. We went to a very "Alaskan" hot springs for a night and then met up with some of her long lost relatives that live in Fairbanks. It was a short visit, but a good one, and she will be back again in the last two weeks of May. We are still working out a plan, but will have about a week to do something adventurous, so expect a story!

The trip to base camp that I mentioned in my last post didn't happen due to bad flying weather, but I am on the list for another one next weekend. We'll see...

Cheers to the melting snow. I'm ready for summer!
